A FATHER-OF-THREE is trying to revive a neighbourhood watch programme in the Cowley Hill area of Borehamwood.
Victor Eni, 42, of Cowley Hill, says interest in local issues has dwindled in the five years he has spent as a co-ordinator.
He said it was vital for residents to come together to tackle problems such as anti-social behaviour and help the police fight crime.
Mr Eni is urging residents to get into the community spirit and contact him if they wish to join the Cowley Hill neighbourhood watch.
