POLICE cordoned off the car park of a Borehamwood pub on Sunday morning, following reports of an alleged rape.
Police were called to The Crown, in Shenley Road, following reports a woman had been sexually assaulted at around 1.30am.
However, following an investigation, officers found no offence had been committed.
A 30 year-old man from Borehamwood was arrested on suspicion of rape, but later released without charge.
