Police are seeking a man in connection with multiple thefts in Borehamwood.
The latest incident occurred at 1.35pm on February 15 at Best Food and Wine in Shenley Road, during which various items were taken without payment, including bottles of drinks and snacks.
There have been similar incidents between January 30 and February 15.
After releasing an image of someone they want to speak to, PC Maxwell Smart said: “We believe the man pictured may have been in the area at the time of the incident on Tuesday 15 February and could have important information for us."
The force asked anyone who recognises him to email maxwell.smart@herts.police.uk.
Information can also be reported to herts.police.uk/report or to the non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference 41/10419/24.
Alternatively, reports can be made anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
