The parents of a two-year-old girl who died after choking on a sausage say they want "no stone to be left unturned" as they continue to seek answers.
Sadie Salt was eating at her nursery in Radlett on November 12, 2020, when she began choking.
She was rushed to St Mary's Hospital in London but passed away two days later.

Two years on and Sadie’s parents Adam and Zoe are still searching for answers about what happened to their daughter.
In a statement submitted via their solicitors Leigh Day, they said: “Two years after Sadie died following the horrifying incident at Mini Learners Nursery we are still at a complete loss as to how this could have happened at a place where we trusted she was safe.
“We are devastated at the loss of Sadie, without her our lives will never be the same. We want no stone to be left unturned as the inquest examines what happened on that day.
“Although we can’t understand why things have taken so long, we are prepared to wait for a complete and thorough police investigation.”

New information about Sadie’s death is likely to be released at the pre-inquest review, which was due to take place in Hatfield on November 21.
However, the review has been adjourned and will now take place at a later date which has yet to be confirmed.
Solicitors Jill Paterson and Thomas Jervis said: "No parents should have to go through what Zoe and Adam have endured after the tragic loss of little Sadie. We are with them every step of the way to help them obtain justice for Sadie."
Alongside their fight for answers, Adam and Zoe have been raising money for Cosmic, which supports the paediatric intensive care unit of St Mary’s Hospital.
Nearly £75,000 has been raised through a Just Giving fundraising page.
