A man in his 20s suffered cuts to his arms after he was hit by a car in Borehamwood.
Police say they are treating the collision in the Furzehill Road area on Thursday October 13 as an “assault”.
It happened sometime between 4.30pm and 4.50pm and involved a pedestrian and a blue Nissan Note.
Hertfordshire Constabulary says the pedestrian sustained cuts to his forearm.
Any witnesses to the incident are being urged to get in touch with police.
PC Ffallon Williams said: “The incident is currently being treated as an assault and investigations into the circumstances are continuing. As part of this, we’re keen to get accounts from witnesses who may have seen the collision, or the events leading up to it. If you have any information, please get in touch.”
