I wonder if I am the only person concerned at the demolition of the single storey dwellings at the junction of Balmoral and Arundel Drives, by William Sutton Homes.

While inevitable, I am thinking of the height of replacements.The breathtaking views of Arkley, Rowley Bank, and the windmill from the top of Manor Way and Ripon Way Park is an enchantment, surely for all and future generations.Are the planners aware of this, can anybody else comment?Will the replacements be of any greater height?Paul HaywardBurghley Avenue, Borehamwood
