He said: “I love coming to Hertfordshire. It’s a really lovely crowd, I have lots of friends around there.
“There are so many exciting acts, I'm a huge McFly fan and they are so talented and so lovely.
"It's great, I get to hang out with them backstage.
“Even if you don’t think you know their songs you do know their songs.
“I’m also a huge Spice Girls fan so I’m excited for Mel C. She’s such a lovely woman and I’ve fixed her a cocktail and shared some backstage.
“And also, you can't not mention the Kaiser Chiefs.
“Particularly, Sophie Ellis Bextor is amazing she and her husband Richard will be playing together and they also have a cookbook and will be doing demonstrations.
“They’ve never done any cooking on stage together before.
“They will be going straight between singing to cooking which should be fun.”
Reggae band Aswad have said they “will not let the fans down” and are still set to perform at Pub in the Park despite the recent death of their lead singer.
Andy, who joined ITVs This Morning as a cocktail expert, will be hosting a cocktail masterclass for attendees.
He said: “I’ll be doing five different cocktails from my book, nothing fancy just things you can do at home, dust out some old bottles.
“There will be lots of twists on old favourites, we will be doing things like a lemon drop fizz which involves sparkling wine and common ingredient you might have.
“And I’ll be giving advice to the crowd on how they can make these things at home.”
Andy added: “From a food point of view it's amazing, Tom Kerridge is a good friend of mine and Si King from the Hairy Bikers and my friend Simon Rimmer from Sunday Brunch will be there.
“It’s a great food and music love in."
Festival creator and host Tom Kerridge will be joined by his fellow chefs including Si King from The Hairy Bikers, Simon Rimmer from Sunday Brunch, Atul Kochhar, Olia Hercules, Juliet Sear, Thuy Pham, Candice Brown, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Richard Jones.
As well as the celebrity acts, there will also be a huge choice of pubs and restaurants for food and drink lovers to try.
“What’s brilliant and unique is lots of big pubs and restaurants are there but we also get lots of pubs and restaurants from the local area like Thompson out.”
The festival will be taking place across the next three days, starting on Friday, September 9, before having another two days of food and fun on Saturday, September 10 and Sunday, September 11.
Tickets for the event are still on sale.
