A man was verbally abused and punched in an attack that police believe was unprovoked.
The assault happened in Belford Road, Borehamwood, at around 12.55pm on Friday, August 5.
The victim was walking through playing fields when he was approached by two men, verbally abused and punched by both men, including to the face, before his attackers ran away.
Police are investigating the assault and have released images of two people they would like to speak to.
PC Duncan Scott said: “We believe that this was an unprovoked assault and we are keen to establish who was responsible.
“We would like to speak with the two men pictured as we believe they were in the area around the time and may have information that could assist our enquiries. If this is you, or you recognise them, please get in touch.”
