A pedestrian has been taken to hospital after she was hit by a car in Borehamwood.
Police and the ambulance service were called to Leeming Road at around 3.20pm (April 5) following reports of a road traffic collision.
It was reported that a vehicle - a Honda Jazz - and a female pedestrian - thought to be a child - were involved.
The pedestrian has been taken to hospital to have her injuries assessed.
The Honda has been recovered.
Leeming Road was closed in both directions while emergency services were at the scene but the road is now believed to have reopened.
