An air ambulance was called and multiple roads closed after a pedestrian was hit by a car and seriously injured.
Emergency services attended Watling Street, Radlett, at 1.20pm on Saturday after reports of the collision involving a white Seat.
A male pedestrian in his 30s was taken to hospital in a serious condition, a Herts Police spokesperson confirmed this morning (Monday).

Road closures have been put in place at the junctions with Allum Lane & Loom Lane. A closure is also in place on Butterfly Lane, at the junction with Aldenham Road.

Road closures were installed at junctions with Allum Lane, Loom Lane, Butterfly Lane and Aldenham Road before police lifted them at around 8pm.
The police spokesperson confirmed the driver stopped at the scene and no arrests have been made.
They asked any witnesses to call 101 quoting ISR 338 of 19 March.
