A plumber has been found guilty of a burglary where thousands of pounds was stolen from a flat.
Marlon Stevens-Joslin had been carrying out work alone at the property in Watling Street, Radlett, on June 4, 2019.
And just over a month later on July 9 £3,000 was stolen from the address, St Albans Crown Court heard.
Blood was found at the scene which was forensically linked to Stevens-Joslin.
Upon the 42-year-old’s arrest, officers found photos of the flat window on his mobile phone that had been taken on June 19, when he had no reason to be there.
Stevens-Joslin, of Burnt Oak Fields, Edgware, was found guilty on Friday, February 4.
He will be sentenced on March 22.
