Police have released a CCTV image of a man who might be able to help their enquiries after several malicious letters were posted on windows in Borehamwood town centre.
Shortly before 8pm on Friday April 23, letters with malicious content were stuck on the windows of multiple business premises in Shenley Road.
Police say the letters involved accusations against one local business.
Detective Constable Vicky Sexton, from the Hertsmere local crime unit, said: "We believe that the man pictured was in the street around the time of the offence and so we’re keen to speak to him as part of our enquiries.
"If you recognise him, or have information about the incident, please get in touch by calling the non-emergency number 101 or email me at vicky.sexton@herts.pnn.police.uk quoting crime reference 41/23946/21."
Alternatively, contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via crimestoppers-uk.org.
