A councillor is continuing his campaign for traffic calming measures at a "nightmare" junction.
Aldenham parish councillor Przemek De Skuba is concerned about the speed some drivers travel at in Shenley Hill, on the outskirts of Radlett.
In particular, Cllr De Skuba has highlighted how quickly some motorists pass through the crossroads of Shenley Hill, Craigwell Avenue, and The Drive.
The councillor told the Times at the beginning of this year that he wanted to see a pedestrianised crossing and a speed camera put in place to make it safer for pedestrians.
Cllr De Skuba says the situation has got worse this year because 30mph Shenley Hill is being used as a "rat-run" while Harper Lane is closed, to allow traffic lights to be installed at the junction with Watling Street.
The work was supposed to be completed this month, but Bloor Homes, responsible for the new housing development in Harper Lane, said this month Harper Lane is set to stay shut until the end of February.

Cllr De Skuba said: "Unfortunately both Shenley Hill and Craigweil Avenue are as busy as ever and of course a large number of drivers still appear to be speeding through these roads.
"The traffic on Shenley Hill and Craigweil Avenue, both of which have become a rat run between London Colney and Elstree, or St Albans and Borehamwood in the resulting situation, has become worse than ever before."
The councillor has had a couple of breakthroughs in his campaign.
Police have been patrolling Craigwell Avenue with a speed gun catching speeding drivers, while he has the support of Hertsmere borough councillor Lucy Selby and Radlett's county councillor Caroline Clapper.
And at a recent Aldenham Parish Council meeting, Cllr De Skuba revealed Cllr Clapper had updated him on the traffic management situation in Shenley Hill and surrounding roads.
While no major work is to be undertaken, Cllr Clapper said she has agreed to fund signage upgrade, including a new gateway feature and enhanced road markings in Shenley Hill, subject to a final estimate cost for the work.
It is hoped that there will also be some traffic speed and volume surveys carried out in Craigwell Avenue, but these are currently suspended.
A final report on the area is not expected to be released until after May.
