We would like to say a huge thank you to the voters of Elstree & Borehamwood for electing us to represent you in Hertsmere and in your town council, for the next four years. We would also like to thank you for the support that you have shown to our new MP, Oliver Dowden.
This election has set records in our town. It is the clearest Conservative majority yet, the most diverse the council has ever been, the first Conservative councillor in Cowley Hill, and the first all out election in Hertsmere, and we couldn’t have done it without your support.
All of our councillors are dedicated to listening to the views of residents, to representing everyone equally and to enhancing the town for our community. We want to continue listening and have established Facebook and Twitter accounts in all areas of the town, for you to follow how your councillors are serving you. We will also be publishing regular updates on our progress and are always keen to hear your views. You have given us a clear mandate and we will strive to continue being the best place to live in Hertfordshire.
We have kept council tax frozen for six years and are committed to delivering a good value service to our residents, continuing to keep council tax low to help local families. We will continue to do this at the same time as enhancing local services, such as increasing recycling and improving local infrastructure.
You can find information on us and what we are doing for your town, contact us at on Facebook by searching ElstreeBorehamwoodConservativeBranch.
Thank you for every conversation you have had with us and for all your support.
