Borehamwood schools have gone head to head as young coders battle to create the best computer game.
Over the spring term, all pupils in Year 8 at Yavneh College and Hertswood Academy have taken part in a competition to see who can create the best game.
Pupils have worked in teams of two to challenge each other in order to make a game using expert computer programming skills and is also exciting for the player.
Having presented their creations to their teachers, the finalists will now face a panel of judges at Hertswood Academy on June 18 including Steve Hunt, senior lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire.
