A kind-hearted schoolboy raised more than £700 in an impromptu sponsored swim.
Max Graham, who attends Radlett Prep School, was inspired to get involved when he watched Sport Relief with his parents on Friday night.
The next day the seven-year-old cancelled his Saturday swimming lesson, plunged into the pool at The Village, in Elstree, and swam a gruelling 24 lengths.
His father, Daniel Graham, said the feat was all the more impressive give that he had never managed more than five at a time.
Despite pledging to raise around £50, he has smashed his total and so far raised more than £700 in online and offline donations.
