Santa Claus and his elves took time out from their North Pole duties to visit children at Saffron Green school.
The five to 11-year-olds were given the chance to meet Mr Claus and his helpers as a reward for being on the ‘nice list’ at the Nicoll Way school on Friday.
Father Christmas set up his grotto in primary school, where the children were all given early Christmas present.
They were also treated to cakes and musical entertainment throughout the course of the afternoon.
The event was organised by the chair of the school’s Parent and Teachers Association Deniece Burton.
