SMITHERS, Pam Died on the 14th June 2011 aged 66, at Barnet General Hospital of septicaemia and myeloid leukaemia. Much loved Wife, Mother, Nana (Grandmother). Funeral service at St. John the Baptist Church, Barnet, on Tuesday 28th June at 12.30pm. All are welcome, cremation to follow for family and close relations. Donations to Mulberry Ward Trust, Barnet General Hospital and leukaemia care.
