A major road has reopened after a bin lorry fire.
Fire crews have been in Radlett Road/Watling Street in Colney Street for most of the afternoon. The road was shut for at least three hours in both directions between Harper Lane and Smug Oak Lane.
The A5183 Radlett Road has now fully reopened after extensive gritting and clear up. Thank you for your patience, have a safe journey home.

Crews and road workers have been at the scene for at least three hours.
Debris and oil has been cleared from the scene.
